Architectural services
- Feasibility appraisal: project analysis, market potential, existing infrastructure and design option analysis.
- Preliminary design sketches: alternative solutions for the client, including cost control.
- Construction and working drawings: detailed for structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors and contractors.
- Tendering and project supervision: bill of quantities appraisal, contractor performance checks and contract management through to handover.
